My CMP Bean Mapped with the Oracle DB. If i do any DB portability from Oracle to some other DB, can i do any change in the CMP code/deployment decriptors ? (Other than new Data Source creation for new DB.)

CMP only tends to contain a lot of Application Server specific deployment configuration, so changing from one DB to another should not be too big an issue (this is after all partly what Entity Beans are for). It is changing from one Application Server to another that is the real headache.
