hi what book is best to get a begginer understanding of all j2ee technolgies. how good is teh j2ee complete reference.

As per my knoweldge , there is no single book to understand whole j2ee technologies. For EJB, Servlets&JSP I sincerely recommend Head First series. They teach you, guide you to understand and implement the technologies.
