MBD process Log4j send SNMP Trap

Im developing an asynchronous messaging service that will:

Onmessage: process log4j fatal,error messages(how do i configure log4j to dump these messages to a topic for the message listeners)

: exctract message and prepare format 2

: send as an SMNP Trap message

: to an enterprise system like Unicernter to opern up a request
for our least technically inclined support guys.

Im running Jdeveloper 10G with Oracle 91AS.
Techologies: JMS, Log4j, MBD

Any thorough solutions to this problem will be highly appreciated guys!!
