JNDI is a namespace having hierarchical structure having context as root jdbc is one such subcontext we use.
My question is, Is JNDI's root directory ie context mapped somewhere in server. If yes where? If no, how do a server identifu the root directory representing context
lookup(jdbc/myDataSource) will search for jdbc subcontext but how would it identify the root directory(context) jdbc is present in. [ September 21, 2005: Message edited by: Rewa Dev ]
