I guess I must be misunderstandung what you're saying, but Java is a programming language, and a Java development position will always involve lots of Java coding. So if you're not interested in that, your options are limited.
A project management role might be possible, but without in-depth Java development knowledge there'd be a definite learning curve until you can lead a Java development team successfully.

I guess I interpreted the question too focused on computers. Well done, Ben, for thinking outside of the box. Since Java has 124 millions inhabitants, there must be plenty of jobs available, baristas and others. [ November 21, 2006: Message edited by: Ulf Dittmer ]
