I have an application where I have to transfer files from one unix box to another.
I have option of doing it using SSH encoded file transfer and doing it using JMS. I would like to know the pros and cons of both the approaches.
One thing is that if I do it using SSH there will always be a problem of keys getting lost. Also wanted to know whether there would be speed differences between both the approaches.

Ohh.. yes.. and I am using ActiveMQ for JMS.
