I'm using axis to create my web services but i don't know how to use the ant tag for axis... can anyone help with that?....maybe an build.xml example???

As to your question, the Axis documentation includes a few pages about the Ant tasks. Give those a look, and let us know if it helped. Follow-up questions might get a quicker answer in the Web Services forum.
