Geronimo JMS with WebSphere MQ

Hello,

I'm very new to JMS applications and I'm looking into open source J2EE app servers that I could use with WebSphere MQ (MQSeries).

Has anyone used WebSphere MQ directly with either Geronimo or IBM's open source WAS Community Edition (which is built on Geronimo) to receive messages (via MDB) and send messages? I mean WebSphere MQ as the JMS provider instead of the built-in ActiveMQ JMS provider. I haven't been very successful in finding info regarding this combination.

Thanks,
Mike

this is cool. I have been looking into something similar. I plan on downloading geronimo (which is as been rebranded as Webpshere AS community edition now
and try it with WMQ5.3

I will post again here next week to let you know how i goes, i dont think it should be too hard at all.
