You need to upload the image to a server somewhere where it is publicly accessible via HTTP. Then you can link to it using the "IMAGE" button during posting.

If you dont have access to a server you can use http://imageshack.us/ which is one of many sites that let you upload a picture.

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
