Sounds like you are trying to launch one of the j2ee reference servers from Sun or?

Dont know what you are trying to reach ..
Is there a reason for chosing this j2ee server? (j2sdkee1.3.1)

When you are new to j2ee maybe its better to try a different server.
Personally i think that glassfish is easy to start.

(Yes i know its only a beta, but its quite easy to implement first hello world examples. When you managed this examples it will be easier to get in touch with other servers)

Try to work through the following tutorial:
http://www.diotalevi.com/weblog/?p=116
http://www.diotalevi.com/weblog/?p=117
http://www.diotalevi.com/weblog/?p=119

I done this some days ago and it worked well without any hassles.

When you are interested into a production ready server it might be an idea to chose jboss. But jboss hello worlds are harder to manage and it would be wise to by a good book before trying this ;o)

Thank you very much.

I have solved this problem by using jsdk1.4.2_10 instead of jsdk 5.0

I agree. Here's the link: http://aspose.com/file-tools
