This post may seem somewhat different than all other posts.Currently I am working with a MNC.Before this i used to work with a small company. In that small company the management is having a very bad attitude towards employees. Due to this and some others reasons I left that job leaving behind some of my good friends.Later that company asked my friends to sign 1 year bond.Since they were all freshers at that time ,they signed that bond. After that some things went wrong between the management and all employees. so Management is asking to sign 2 years bond OR to resign on the spot. On the top of that , they are not ready to give any releaving letters or any kind of document and they never give salary slip.
Your friends can always find a job outside. The job market is very good and i think they can join in some other big company as freshers. The experience they gained in that company would be an added advantage.
JavaRanch has Naming policy and the naming policy can be found at http://www.javaranch.com/name.jsp Please change your post or this post may be deleted by the moderators.
We're pleased to have you here with us in the Job Discussions forum, but there are a few rules that need to be followed. One, as Rohitt Vermaa has so kindly pointe out, is that proper names are required. Please take a look at the JavaRanch Naming Policy and adjust your display name to match it.

Your friends can easily find a good job outside. However if they have been working for about an year in your old company, then I suggest that they send a legal notice. Since it is a small company, they would prefer to settle the issue out of court and give them the relieving letter.[Or] If your friends have an appointment letter and a salary slip for any month, then they can explain their situation to the HR of the new company and get their experience counted.
