Hi JavaRanches....
i am new to ejb.. i know rmi and rmi-iiop,jsp,servlet.... what the important topics must know to introduce this technology(ejb), and what the good book to read it...

There are EJB 3.0 tutorials on the net. if you have not looked at Hibernate and Spring then I suggest you look at those two as well. EJB 3.0 extends and builds on Hibernate 3.0.
