hi good day, can i know why is SOA importance , when we need to introduce this technology, any good reference site i can go for SOA ? what programming language skill we need in order to develop SOA besides, can i know is there any well-known SOA product in the market ?

Like most TLAs in IT, SOA too is 90% hype, 5% fluff, and 5% substance.
You almost certainly used it in the past without knowing it was SOA, yet suddenly it's something special that you must use because it's the latest and greatest.
Although I agree with Jeroen's assessment about the hype SOA has generated. I do believe we need to incorporate the SOA philosophy during development of IT systems.
