what's wrong with my ejb package??

my develop enviroment is windows. and the PATH=%JAVA_HOME%\bin;
CLASSPATH=%JAVA_HOME%\lib(both the jdk1.5 and j2eesdk I have installed) ;

but the IDE often says it cann't find the javax.ejb.* packege;
(the IDE I have try both eclipse and netbeans)

why?
who can tell me!!

This is because in IDEs, they have their own classpath for a project. Meaning when you create the project, you have to add the libraries to the project's classpath to not get errors.
