Initialization in EJB Project

Hi Geeks,

I am new to EJB technology, and I would like to ask if it's possible to init a java class while starting EJB project(wrapped by EAR) alone. Actually, I just want to init a utility class which will trigger the scheduler automatically while the server starts up every time. It's just like the "initialization" item in the web.xml(web project), however, I am not sure if there is anything similiar that can be applied to EJB project.

Myriads Thanks,

Transistor
