I am B.Sc Graduate. It is 3 years graduation degree. I realized that, for H1B one need 16 years of education which is equivalent to US college degree. I have 4 years of IT experience. In fact, my education is related to my work experience.
My question is, am I eligible to apply for H1B based on my B.Sc degree and 4 years of work experience?
If somebody can give me a link from any US government web sites supporting this that will great for me to show to my employer who is willing to sponsor H1B. In the mean time I will also search....

Should not be a Problem. It all depends upon who files your H1b and how they present your case. Since your graduation (Bsc) is not equivalent to BS of USA during your H1b education evaluation they will consume 2- 3 years of experience. Then you will be left with 1 year experience which also should be good enough if you have worked for a reputed companay.
