Java EE 4.0 Tutorial by Sun

I'm reading the Java EE tutorial written by Sun, for version 4.0.

I'm using Mac OS X and the CD that comes with the book is not compatible with Mac OS X.

The book refers to a program called "deploytool". I'm trying to work through a very simple example, the currency converter, but I don't have deploytool to assemble my .jar and .ear files.

Any suggestions?

deploytool is part of the Sun Java System Application Server (which you will need anyway to deploy your applications). Some more information is here, and here.
