As the subject goes, which one is easier to learn? Of course, when it comes to other factors like performance, efficiancy, features, etc each server has its own advantages, caveats, strenghts and weaknesses. But from developer's perspective, which one is easier to learn from the ground? If one learns to work with Weblogic, how hard or easy to learn working with WebSphere? Days / hours? Which one has the major Market share?
