currently I am working in MNC on onsite and getting good pay. as I am not intersted to work in currentl project.I thought of relocate to india.

now I have to soluations in front of me.

1) can I ask my manager to send back to india.i may take some time.

2) my previous manager is calling for new company. he is offering good salary and no onsite in feature. my previous boss is now working in mid - level company in india.

can i resign my job and work under my previos job or can i countinue the same project and relocate to india.

which is the right decision.please give valuable sugesstions.

Your decision of shifting from M N C to mid -level company is not the right decision from my side . if your interested in on-site continue with what your doing
ask for relocation . can i know whats the experience you have. Do what you feel but no hasty decision.

I have 2.6 years experience in java/J2ee.

In on-site I am working in support. it's more like WAS support. i am not intersted to work in support project.

i am more intersted towards coding. my previous boss offering the new development project.....
