Do you suggest any particular IDE to use for EJB or no one will just do ?

Most IDEs support EJB devlopment. For EJB 3, NetBeans and JDeveloper has great support for all kind of beans and entities. Eclipse Dali is great plugin for EJB 3 JPA. However other tools will also catch up!

XDoclet also deserve a look (Yes, it is not in IDE)/
