BMP using EJB3

Well, in EJB3 there aren't Entity Beans anymore. There is the JPA spec inside of the EJB3 spec, however, that will move out of EJB3 arena, as it is not EJB3 specific. You can use JPA outside of Java EE.

So in your words a BMP in EJB3 would be a Plain Old Java Object with JDBC code.
