MQException: what is the meaning of this exception?

Hi fellow ranchers,
I have an application where it listens to a MQ Queue.
If there are no messages arriving on that Queue for a long time(typically 1 and half hour),my application throws this exception
Would appreciate if you could explain me what is the cause of this error.
