Pradip,

Clustering is not covered in the book, since this is primarily an administrator's task and the book is aimed at developers.

Some would consider Java EE 5 development in general to be an advanced topic, therefore it could be said that the book covers advanced development topics.

The appendices cover some of the advanced features of the GlassFish server.

David,

Could you please tell us what advanced features of GlassFish are covered here?

Pradip,

That sentence is courtesy of the Packt Publishing marketing department.

The appendices cover JavaMail (not enough material to merit its own chapter, and the material didn't "fit" in any of the existing chapters), and GlassFish IDE integration.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
