Yes, a description of the material and its utility for programmers would be more than welcome. Looking at their website it seems its more of a product aimed at organizations than at individuals.

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
