we need to send file ,message ,and fax to synchronous and asynchronous client.however file transfer is main.
please suggest me which is better among three java mail,rmi,jms

JMS is for asynchronous messaging.

You can use spring framework's messaging services. It provides a simple & better solution for messaging applications development.
