Hi,

I am developing a B2B website similar to ebay using spring & hibernate frameworks. Can you suggest me a database that can handle the load.

Regards,

Ujjwal,
Any well known database can handle the job (Oracle, db2, Sybase, mySql, postgresql, etc) - basic database operations and transactions are what they are meant to do. It's the machine that needs to have enough memory and CPU to be up to the job.
