I'm wondering where I can find the ejb3 specs as a book, because I don't like to read all the day on my computer.

I doubt that you want the specifications, that can be downloaded at http://java.sun.com/javaee/technologies/ and printed in PDF form.

I suspect you want a good overview of the technology. Amazon should direct you accordingly if you try "EJB 3.0". You don't have to buy them there, but it will give you an idea of the many good books available.
