What does Deployment Layer mean?. Is it needful for all J2EE application (all type of architecture).I cant develop J2EE application without Deployment layer. From a book, I found description, as "It is wrapper class used to publish the Business layer's object functionality to Java classes". I make me to assume that "Deployment layer only useful for distributed architecture".
