/Test/ejbModule/META-INF/ibm_ejbext.properties does not exist..

Vidya,
Does this file exist? If not, can you try editing the deployment descriptor in RAD to see if that prompts it to create one?

Thanks,
I checked for the file. It is there in the right directory. But now, the error is in running the bean on server. The Universal Test Client is throwing an error!

I had similar issue when my Glassfish start throwing similar exception.
I just undepoyed the application through admin console and clean the directories. Restarted server and deployed the ear and it worked for me.
Try this.
Good Luck.
