I am using JMX to manage a service. I have developed a struts application to start and shutdown the service using JMX. I have registered the MBean in ServletContextListener. I am invoking the service to initialize a thread pool executor in a struts action and after that when a user invoke the an operation in another struts action. I am getting Null pointer since the thread pool executor instance is not available.

Kindly suggest me.

Same scenario is working fine with HTMLAdapter.
How HTMLAdapter is working?
