Hi All,

I have 3.5 yrs of experience in a MNC software company (solutions based). I would like to shift my company to learn different things and for a change.

I am working with JAVA, J2EE technologies. My present pay is 4.8 Lakh per annum in Chennai.

I would like to know how much pay I can expect if I shift the company. I know that the salary is depending on a lot of factors. But just approx value shoud be fine. Also probably you can think of the companies like <NAME>, <NAME> or <NAME>. My preferred location is chennai.

Looking forward for your views.

Thank you..

This forum is specifically for posting resumes, offering yourself for hire. This topic would go better in the "Jobs Discussion" forum. I'm going to clean it up to meet the requirements there, and move it over. Please check for responses in that forum.

There are only two hard things in computer science: cache invalidation, naming things, and off-by-one errors

With a little knowledge, a cast iron skillet is non-stick and lasts a lifetime.
