JUnit is a good, open source, tool. http://www.junit.org/
Jtest by Parasoft genrally gets good ratings as a testing tool. I think what it deso as a tool is great, but the UI is absolutely horrible. It's way too complex, making it difficult to follow what tests are being used, and how they ran.

Hi Ravi Thupil,
Regarding testing tools for Java, try using SilkTest by Segue (www.segue.com). Its basically a functional n regression testing tool, though not freely downloadable. It can be used for testing the web, Java application or any traditional client/server application. Hope this helps.

Cheers,
Have a great day !!
