Friends
I have experience in Server Side Java & Related J2EE of two years .But,for the last six years I am into teaching related job & I want to switch back to Java Technology.
For this I have decided to get the three Sun Certification namely,Programmer,Developer & Architect in sucession.
How fruitful will be my decision ?
I want a unbiased opinion from all of you who can suggest me in this regard.

Your early comments will help me a lot in making my future moves.

hi! well, if you want to stay on .net technology, you should think about the future. i don't know how accurate the information here is, but have a look at the progress of programming languages over the years: http://www.tiobe.com/tpci.htm

My advise would be to get involved with some projects to get more hands on experience. Also learn the popular recent Java/J2EE based Technologies/frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, EJB3, JSF etc.
