Can anybody tell me what is meant by rule engine? Please tell me name of freely available rule engine developed in Java?
Is there anything available on IVR (Interactive Voice response) in Java? I know one in MS i.e. VBVoice.

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
