I realize that English is probably not your native language, but please take the time to express each question as meaningfully as you can. If you would like anyone to answer your question, then you really need to help them as much as you can. Abbreviating words or sentences and ignoring grammar and punctuation only serve to obscure your meaning and make it less likely that you will get a sensible answer.
In this case, I can make out that you are asking something about third-party tools, but in order to help you we need to know more about what you are looking for. What sort of tools? Are you looking specifically for "tools" written in Java? Are you looking for tools to help with one or more aspects of Java software development? Are you looking for freely downloadable tools, or will links to commercial websites also be of interest?
Please have another go at expressing your question. Thanks.

Lots and Lots. We have a WHOLE forum devoted to this topic. Why don't you check out "IDEs and other tools".
