Loop through your classpath necessary to you application, give the jar files the permission it needs. I use an ant task to write it. You can write a simple java code to write it too.

This is part of some policy file. Those 3 jars are on the classpath. Just write them down literally in a text file called java.policy.
Of course, it can be a lot more complicated like signer, etc. I've not got there yet.
