create method at run time

Hello ,
how i can create method at run time and decide its name and its return type also at run time . I now how to use reflect package to return class information but i don't now how to create method so pleeease i need any body to give me an example if it is possible

        Class cls = Class.forName("java.lang.String");
        Method [] meths = cls.getMethods();
        for (int i = 0; i < meths.length; i++) {
            String name = meths[i].getName();
            Class ret = meths[i].getReturnType();
            Class parms[] = meths[i].getParameterTypes();
            meths[i].invoke(meths[i], parms);
        }
    }
}
