ftp files to a different server

I have xml orders that i get to a i planet server.
I need to do ftp these files regularly(once a week
or month) to another oracle/unix server.
Do you guys have any idea how to ftp these files
to other server.

We do this sort of thing also where I work out. So far we haven't found a FTP client that has a nice java api. We had to end up creating a shell script that did the ftp process and then we called the shell script from a java program.
