Decompling class file to java file

Hi all friends,
Is there any way for decompling .class to .java file.plz help me it is very urgent.Any help will be highly appreciated.

There are lot of utilities that decompile a .class file. But almost all of them use a basic utility called "jad.exe"
Give the java file name as argument to the program on the command prompt.
When you do that jad generates a .jad file which is the decompiled file.
You can then view it as a txt file or rename it to .java
