I've noticed that many Java programs display an ugly icon in the Alt-Tab window. It looks as if the icon is normally 16x16 but is being resized to 32x32 which causes it to look ugly. I have noticed this in the Eclipse IDE and in my own programs. I've tried 16x16, 32x32, and 48x48 size icons to no avail. They all look ugly, but only in the Alt-Tab window.
My question is this: does anyone know the correct size icon that needs to be displayed in the upper left hand corner of the main window (I believe the Alt-Tab window uses the same icon). Also, does anyone know where I can find the little Java coffee cup icon that is displayed by default in Java programs. That's the only one I've seen that looks good in the Alt-Tab window, so I'd like to look at it's size and color depth...
Thanks,
Randy
