CAPSLOCK and NUMLOCK Status

Hi There
I want to know how to get keyBord status at the time of application started . i want to know that numlock is On/Off same for CAPSLOCK On/OFF
without implementing any keyListener.because keylistener will nott give me information without typing key. and i want this information when first time my application started.
