Is there a way to check if there are some
Java tasks running somewhere in the bowels of your machine? - something that won't show up in the Task Manager.
I am continually initializing a Java speech synthesizer and I notice that over time the performance of my machine is getting more sluggish. In between this I have stopped and started the applicaiton many times. If a
thread or some other object is not being destroyed properly could I possibly end up with multiple virtual machines up and running?
Thanks.
