at last i made a simple application in java which send mail like outlook using swing.now i want that my friends to use this but they did not have any jdk.i use InstallAnywhere but it is not working can any one tell me how to run it without using jdk.

You would at least need JRE(Java 2 Runtime Environment)for running Java programs.JRE contains Java 2 Virtual Machine , Java Core Classes, and supporting files. It does not contain any of the development tools or classes that pertain only to a development environment.
You can bundle this with your swing application.
