Which is the best server for J2EE for getting a job in India?

One of my friend told me that Weblogic and webspere are used by big companies only. JBOSS is a better one for small companies. Please help me.

weblogic is still bigger in India. Overall I think weblogic has way better tech support, availability of people who are familiar with it etc. hence the reason for its use.

I think, it's Websphere. But don't have any proof for it.

If you are good in J2EE you can get job regardless of which server you worked on. But I seen most companies using Weblogic & Websphere and not seen much JBoss.
