Two ways I could think of:
1. Use JEditorPane to render HTML (http://www.apl.jhu.edu/~hall/java/Swing-Tutorial/Swing-Tutorial-JEditorPane.html) and print it (http://www.apl.jhu.edu/~hall/java/Swing-Tutorial/Swing-Tutorial-Printing.html)
2. Another cheap way, open HTML with IE (use java-com bridge such as http://danadler.com/jacob/, you can even make it invisible I think ) and issue print commands to IE
