Parser libraries

Hi All,
I am looking for libraries that can parse a code written an any language (say COBOL) and convert that code in to a Java code. So I need a parser that will accept the "grammar" of a language and the it will do the "dirty" work for you.
Can anyone help me out on this ?
Thanks in advance

Interesting question but requires some research of whether such library exists or not
