Hi All
I am a small problem but for me its taking long...
I want to write a function which takes two parameters first is String cointains date, and second is String which specifies format of date string in first parameter.
and function should return Date object.
Thanks in advance
Vikram

Vikram,
java.text.DateFormat is your friend.
check out
Date parse(String text)
(you can specify the String pattern in its constructor)

Cheers.
