Hi,

If I were you I would have chosen designing and development.
I will suggest that don't keep money in mind, since both fields are well paying.
See your interest and see which has better career prospects.

hi manisha,

First of all congrats that you have two offers in hand.
The answer to your question will be the answer to one more question from me-
What do you prefer development and testing.
Hope that helps.
But if money is your priority then you could chose to go with the second one.

Even though Money is a priority, don't go in testing.
From testing, moving to higher position is very difficult as well as searching new job is also bit difficult.

Hi Manisha,

The offers are good and too lucrative for a 1 year experienced. If you don't mind can you tell me the company names ( using Private Message ) or mail me at simkimster@gmail.com .

Regarding the offer , I would say both of them are good depends on how you look at them.If you want to earn money then the second one is a good option while if you need some good hands on experience in Java the first one in good. Remember the difference in offers is very big and also for the first option you need to relocate too.

Congrats Manisha

First look at your Priorities. Take feedback from people working in both the companies with same years of experience as you have. And it is not that learning is only in Design and Development, but also in testing.

Thanks all for your suggestions.
As both companies are good can negotiate with the first(Whcih is offering the development) on the basis of other offer.
If yes how can I do it?

Well, you can openly talk about the other offer, if required can produce the proof, but that is again taking a chance, it may or may not work.
But nothing wrong in taking a chance then not taking it. Because at the last even though it doesn't work out, your current status will not change.
