I found TimeZone class provides day light saving time.. I dont know what is that?

That's when you in springtime set your clock forward one hour, and in the fall you get this hour back. Has something to do with syncing your average workday with the actual daylight. Far more important is where this hour goes during summertime, is it on vacation or what? I kinda miss having that extra hour in the morning /Peter

It gives you an hour extra of daylight after you get home from work, so that you can get in another days work in the yard .

That extra hour of daylight in the evening doesn't give all that much. I wouldn't be out in the garden between 2300 and 2400 hrs anyway (especially since i don't have one )
