I live in U.S on H1B for more than 8 years as Java/J2EE developer now want to go back to India. The reason being tired of H1B renewals & Immigration uncertainty and stability. Can some one help me how should I approach for Job search which job sites are best to search for jobs in Java/J2EE in Hyderabad, Bangalore area. I always enjoyed technologies but some of my friend's recommendation is to move at management side if you are planning to go back to India dear ranchers please comment and suggest what do you think.
